Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the execution of annual Marketing Plan through the implementation of task list, budgets, targets, standards and deadlines.
2. Understand how the marketing environment affects strategic decisions and identify and implement best practices in marketing strategy (marketing segments/targets markets, marketing mix and product positioning)..
3. Understand and advise the management on how marketing research can contribute to Sunway competitive advantage.
4. Able to categorise products/ services by type and identify ways for customer retention for each product type, while staying on top of industry trends;
5. Identify and use marketing channels and distribution and integrated marketing communications effectively.
6. Project a professional image in communicating with students/ school representatives/ corporation personnel in enhancing the name of the college as an institution of choice to pursue further studies.
7. Handle product enquiries professionally and constant coaching of marketing team and course counselors to do the same.
8. Be familiar with all course types, packages, plans course fees etc that would be required for performance of the daily job functions.
9. Responsible for driving sales through new and existing clients to at least achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process;
10. Prepare verbal and written communications, reports, and presentations.
11. Understand and complement the process/ work flows of the college and  oversee the orderly preparation and review of administrative documents/ reports/ analyses related to Marketing for easy access and reporting purposes.

 Requirements for the above positions: 
• Minimum Degree in Business or related field or equivalent 
• Hard-working, has pleasant personality 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Able to lead and work independently with minimum supervision, high degree of integrity 
• Required to work on alternate Saturdays and extended counseling hours and during marketing activities.

3. Identify and implement in a team and individually, the best practices, tactics and initiatives in marketing strategy (marketing segments / target markets, mix and product positioning);
4. Identify and use effectively integrated marketing communications such as advertising and, promotions via electronic means, including E-Marketing; marketing channels, distribution and media;
5. Increase the level of awareness through daily interaction, courtesy calls or visits to secondary school principals and school counsellors and Corporate Clients on a consistent and regular basis;
6. Establish relationships with key corporate clients, sponsors and agents/ agencies in identified regions to ensure maximum awareness and meet/ exceed target revenue;
7. Be familiar with all products, services and college policies and processes required for performance of daily job functions;
8. Handle student/ parent/ customer (internal/ external) enquiries pertaining to all courses offered at the college;
9. Recruit students for the college and to ensure that the student numbers are met or exceeded as per the target set.
10. Organize/ conduct/ participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, previews, talks, workshops, team buildings and other similar events that assist in business/ market development.
11. Perform telemarketing duties;
12. Prepare correspondences relating to marketing activities;

Primary Responsibilities:

• To teach finance/accounting/ business/business mathematics/statistic and auditing subjects for Certificate, Diploma and/or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

• Maintain, standardize and update course materials each semester

• Monitor and report students’ progress in terms of academic performance and attendance

• Provide consultations to students and be prepared to discuss student progress with parents

• Carry out all best practices to achieve the highest standards of course delivery and pass rates

Requirements for the above positions:

• Possess at least a Degree or Master in Finance/Accountancy/Business/Mathematics as relevant

• Member of ACCA, CIMA or any professional accountancy body will be an added advantage for those applying to teach Accounting

• Possess initiative, the ability to think independently and a passion for academic excellence

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in spoken English

• At least 3 years’ working experience in the accounting field
